  • cauliflower - 1 kg;
  • tomatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • bell pepper - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 5 medium cloves;
  • parsley - 3-5 branches;
  • sunflower oil - 70 ml;
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • citric acid - 1 pinch.
